Disclaimer:

For heavily furnished or bigger than average properties, prices may be subject to change. Additional rooms can also affect the total price. (an additional £15 per room). There is also an additional charge for inspections done on Sundays, Public Holidays and same day bookings (an additional £30).

Cancellation Policy:

If you fail to notify us about a cancellation within 24 hours or miss your scheduled appointment, there will be a fee of £80 - this is to cover travel time, costs and lost revenue for declining other Inspections for the time slot allocated.
