Inventory & Check In Reports
Our Inventory & Check In reports are similar to our Inventory Only inspections., except they have a more detailed description of a property's contents, furniture and fittings. These reports also include time stamped images, detailed conditions and thoroughly inspected items. We also test all smoke, heat and carbon alarm sensors throughout, obtain location and readings for all meters.

For heavily furnished or bigger than average properties, prices may be subject to change. Additional rooms can also affect the total price. There is also an additional charge for inspections completed on Sundays, Public Holidays and same day bookings (an additional £30).

Cancellation Policy:
If you fail to notify us about a cancellation within 24 hours or miss your scheduled appointment, there will be a fee of £80 - this is to cover travel time, costs and lost revenue for declining other Inspections for the time slot allocated.
